EFA INDONESIA

Strategic Plans 2025 - 2030

Inclusive Access Program

Breaking Barriers, Creating Access
We believe that education and development should be accessible to everyone—regardless of status or circumstance. This program ensures marginalized communities—such as refugees, prison inmates, and indigenous groups—can access quality learning in language and sport.

Language & Literacy for Empowerment (LLE)

Language as a Tool for Liberation
This program opens new pathways through Arabic and English education. Currently focused on correctional facility inmates, we aim to expand this initiative to other underserved groups across Indonesia and beyond.

Education Through Sport (ETS)

Learning Beyond the Classroom, Through Sport
Football is more than a game—it’s a medium to teach values, inclusion, and resilience. This program uses sports, especially football, to foster education, psychosocial support, and character building for refugee children and youth.

Advocacy & Social Campaigns

Raising Voices, Shaping Policy
We bring attention to the educational and developmental rights of the marginalized through compelling campaigns, storytelling, and evidence-based advocacy. Our aim is to shape public discourse and influence systemic change.

Partnerships & Sustainable Funding

Collaborate to Multiply Impact
Sustainability begins with strong alliances. We develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, universities, private sector actors, and global communities to secure long-term impact and financial sustainability for our initiatives.

Monitoring, Research, and Impact Evaluation

Driven by Data, Inspired by Change
We measure what matters. This program ensures every project is guided by data, community feedback, and field-based research—so we can scale what works, adapt what doesn’t, and remain accountable to the people we serve.
